The course consists of 3 level of 3 days each making a total of 9 days. Each level will be run over Friday to Sunday in Bristol at St Monica Trust in Westbury on Trym, Bristol, BS9 3UN. You may attend Level 1 only or attend all three levels. You will receive a discount of £80 if you book all three levels at once. Level 1 will be run twice so you may choose to attend in February or in April 2009.

Course Payment details: 50 – 60 page manual for each course included in price

Payment must be made as follows:

If booking level 1 only, £170 is payable with the booking, the balance of £170 must be received 6 weeks before the date of the course, either 1st Janaury for Level 1A or 18th February for Level 1B.

If booking all three levels £460, just under half the total fee, is payable with the booking, a balance of £170 is payable 6 weeks before Level 1, the final balance of £320 is payable 6 weeks before level 2.

Terms and conditions

Deposit refunds. For all three courses: more than 12 weeks prior to the date of the first level deposits will be refunded, less £100. Less than 12 weeks prior to the first level deposits will only be refunded ( less £25 handling fee) if the place can be filled. We will make every endeavour to fill the places and will maintain a waiting list.
Allocation of places on the course will be at the discretion of Booth VRT Ltd.
All payment will be in Sterling by cheque, cash, debit or credit card (a charge of 2% will be added to credit card transactions only).
If balance payments are not recieved 6 weeks before the first and second levels as detailed one reminder will be issued. These must be settled immediately, if payment is not received more than 3 weeks before the appropriate level, the place will be offered to anyone on the waiting and deposits may be lost.
Payments can be made in full in advance at any time.
Failure to attend any level may result in the loss of all payments made to date.
Liquid refreshments will be provided three times per day, but lunch, dinner and accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate. Advice on accommodation will be given on request.
The seminars will start with registration on the first day at 9:30am for 10:00am and finish at 5:00pm please arrive in good time, second and third days of the seminar will start earlier.
No part of the seminar notes may be reproduced or used for teaching purposes without written permission from MNT-NR International.
Booth VRT does not accept responsibility for change or cancellation of workshop or speaker due to circumstances beyond their control. Every effort will be made to contact participants in advance and, if necessary, deposits will be refunded in full. Booth VRT will not be held responsible for any damages or expenses incurred as a result of course cancellation.
In line with other reflexology training organisations, no responsibility will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the reflexology tuition.
