Welcome to the Booth VRT website.  This is the official website for Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT). It is created by Lynne Booth the founder of Vertical Reflexology and author of the best-selling book Vertical Reflexology and Vertical Reflexology for Hands.  If you wish to read general information about VRT there is a brief description of what VRT is and how it was discovered (see the introduction). There is also a comprehensive article documenting the entire concept of VRT.  If you want to find a qualified reflexologist who has been trained in Vertical Reflex Therapy you will find a list on this site of dedicated reflexologists who are affliated members of the VRT Network.
