 VRT Hand and Nailworking Course

 ONE DAY VRT  HAND AND NAIL WORKING COURSE  - DETAILS

Run by Lynne Booth, the originator of Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT), this VRT Hand and Nail-working day is an advanced workshop for reflexologists who have previously attended a Basic VRT course. This brand new course runs in conjunction with the publication of her second  book Vertical Reflexology for Hands. It will cover new work on the reflexes of the weight-bearing and passive hands, including the finger nails.  The hands are just as responsive as the feet but the reflexes take a few more seconds to respond to gentle pressure. The weight-bearing hands offer new dimensions for the reflexologist as they can be worked in conjunctions with conventional foot reflexology. Hands can easily be accessed for self-help work as well as for a short, but comprehensive VRT/conventional hand treatment.

The workshop will include:
Precise reflex working on the grid reflexes on the thumb nails
Unique VRT Nail-working charts for practise sessions
Working on the secondary helper nails and connecting techniques to dorsal
Working individual weight-bearing fingers
Making new connections to the Zonal Triggers and neural pathways.
Special combinations of nail/reflex techniques
Specific treatments for common ailments will be discussed
Comprehensive handout provided
Introductory coverage of classical and updated hand reflexology techniques
Powerful self-help techniques for therapists, clients, family and friends

There will be practical and theoretical sessions in equal measures throughout the day. The 20 minute Complete Hand VRT/Reflexology treatment will be reviewed and experienced with incorporation of the new techniques learnt. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued.
