A New course is now available for those who wish to brush up their VRT skills. We have developed a course that will enable you to refresh your Basic and Advanced skills - click for details

VRT is an extremely profound but relatively simple technique to learn and qualified reflexologists , once they have attended a Basic one day VRT course, can immediately assimilate it into their practice.

The Booth Method - Vertical Reflex Therapy - incorporates the teaching of new techniques, new ways of working the reflexes and introduces some new and deeper reflexes. However, we do not presume to teach reflexologists how to perform basic reflexology. So whatever your training, whether the light or firm touch, whether you incorporate cream and knuckles or just use your hands, you can immediately introduce VRT into your practice. Many practitioners are using the shortened Complete VRT treatment for work in hospitals, hospices, with the young, elderly and chronically ill. Others use VRT, and its often immediate results, to expand their practice into the workplace, sports teams etc where they can offer effective but shorter treatments. Others simply reduce their conventional treatments by a few minutes so that VRT can be included at the beginning and/or end of each session. All VRT Appointed tutors are highly experienced and are trained by Lynne Booth and teach to the same exacting standards using identical teaching aids and format.

Orthopaedic problems respond the particularly well, but all conditions can be helped with VRT.

To learn this technique it is necessary to attend the 'Basic'   or  'Hand and Basic' course first, but after either of these has been completed the other courses may be attended in any order.
