The VRT Foot chart is the most revolutionary since Eunice Ingham's in the 1930's as it includes the new dorsal reflexes in nine foot views.   High quality graphics on dark blue background.  60 colour-coded and numbered reflexes.  Size A2  (594mm x 420 mm) or Size A4 on heavy card

This new reflexology foot chart has been produced to complement the book "Vertical Reflexology". It has been commissioned from the graphic artist Hedwige Dirkx, who is also a VRT tutor in Belgium and Holland. Vertical Reflex Therapy, which treats the standing feet, is now practised all over the world.

A successful chart had to be easy to understand in terms of illustration and the annotation of the reflexes. The new VRT chart, with nine foot views, is one of the most revolutionary charts since Ingham's in the 1930's as all the plantar reflexes are approached via the dorsum of the standing foot. This means that all the reflexes in the body can be accessed three-dimensionally via the top of the foot.

Many reflexology charts are in basic primary colours and are of a functional appearance. This chart has subtle art-work where the colour-coding reflected the systems of the body. Hedwige has managed to combine the differing tones of an artist with clearly definable reflexes and she decided that the muted colouring of the reflexes would be better enhanced by a dark blue background.

After several months of checking and re-checking hundreds of permutations of colours, numbers and reflexes the chart is now available.   The weight-bearing VRT Hand Chart is in the process of being designed and will eventually accompnay Lynne Booth's second book on Weight-bearing Hands and Nailworking.
