 VRT Advanced Course

  ONE DAY ADVANCED VRT COURSE - DETAILS

This is an ADVANCED VRT Workshop, for reflexologists who have attended a Basic VRT course, and it will cover a variety of new techniques and updates on the further development of Vertical Reflex Therapy and Synergistic Reflexology. All VRT courses are for qualified reflexologists only and it is essential that the Basic Booth VRT course has been attended first.  Reflexologists need individual practical instruction in the subtle techniques of VRT that cannot be learnt through the book, Vertical Reflexology, or at a conference presentation.

 The following techniques will be introduced or developed further:

VRT and stimulation of the Neural Pathway Reflexes. 
Zonal Triggers - powerful triple reflex techniques on feet and hands. New ways of increasing a powerful response. Knuckle-Dusting and Palming techniques.
Combined Diaphragm-Rocking and Lymphatic Stimulation (Dirkx method).
Metatarsal Pressure / Plantar Stepping - unique method of combining VRT and the brief working of the plantar. Weight-bearing pressure is exercised by using the ball of the foot.
Hand Reflexology in weight-bearing position. 
Review and update of basic VRT treatment.
Specific mini-treatment practice i.e. asthma, irritable bowel etc.
Question and answer discussion based on practitioners’ experiences with VRT.

There will be practical and theoretical sessions in equal measures throughout the day. The 20 minute Complete VRT/Reflexology treatment will be reviewed and experienced with incorporation of the new techniques learnt. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued.
