VERTICAL REFLEXOLOGY by LYNNE BOOTH

Quotes from books and reviews

Review by Amazon readers

Excellent, 11 November, 2000

Reviewer: A reader from Buckhurst Hill, Essex

This is a new reflexology technique developed by the author. I saw lots of good press about it and bought the book to try it myself. I can report that it is easy to learn and seems to relieve symptoms effectively. I can see that it will become part of standard reflexology training and practice and would like to recommend it to reflexogists ready for alternative approaches.

Excellent, informative, good diagrams, value for money, 16 October, 2000

Reviewer: Sylvia Willingale (swillingale@netscapeonline.co.uk) from Alresford, Colchester, Essex England CO2 8AU

As a reflexologist I found this book very informative, and good reference book with excellent diagrams. I liked the print format of the pages and the case studies as one reads along the text, it breaks up the tedious reading of continuing text when one has to put the book down and have a break. The chart at the end of the book (p.173-175)is very helpful for specific ailments giving the areas to target in the treatment. The glossary has been well thought out and self-explanatory for newcomers to the techniques or even reflexology itself. It was also nice to have a review of the medical trial at the end of the book. A excellent book, well worth the money, a good buy for all reflexologists, those who have attended a course on VRT and those who are interested in new unique techniques
