"Two things came out of my vertical reflexology reflexology treatment.  The recurring stiffness in my lower back eased off considerably, but even more noticable was the effect on my energy........I've had reflexology treatments before, but none of them had such an immediate effect".

Welcome to the Booth VRT website.  This is the official website for Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT). It is created by Lynne Booth the founder of Vertical Reflexology and author of the best-selling book Vertical Reflexology and also Vertical Reflexology for Hands.  If you wish to read general information about VRT there is a brief description of what VRT is and how it was discovered (see the introduction). There is also a comprehensive article documenting the entire concept of VRT.  If you want to find a qualified reflexologist who has been trained in Vertical Reflex Therapy you will find a list on this site of dedicated reflexologists who are affliated members of the VRT Network. Nearly 6000 reflexologists have now been trained in the authorised VRT techniques and we can supply further names and locations on application.   Please click Practitioners for details . If you are a qualified reflexologist and wish to learn the Vertical Reflexology techniques, you will find a list of courses here, a description of their contents and course booking forms. We also run other ocassional courses given by other people such as Ear Reflexology by Hedwige Dirkx, ART with Anthony Porter and Nerve Reflexology by Nico Pauly.
